RATE INFORMATION

Items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Bible Baptist Bookstore is not responsible for uninsured losses

1. We are not responsible for uninsured losses.

2. UPS and FEDEX cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

3. Note that because of new regulations and requirements, we will no longer insure USPS. All packages shipped USPS (domestic and foreign) are at the customer's own risk.

4. If a more reliable shipping method is available, we reserve the right to upgrade within funds provided.

5. Note that all foreign shipping is by airmail - surface shipping is no longer available.

6. Call for rates for UPS and FEDEX Next Day, UPS and FEDEX Second Day, or UPS 3 Day Select.

7. Shipping rates may be subject to change depending on price changes by our carriers.

 

PRODUCT RETURN POLICIES

Any MP3 or DVD produced and sold through this Bookstore that is defective when received can be returned within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it for you.  After 30 days, simply return that CD or DVD to us and we will return it at the rate of $6.00 per disc (plus shipping if required).

 

DAMAGED AND RETURNS POLICY

Uninsured - If you ordered using the uninsured rates, we regret your loss.  We cannot be held responsible for the USPS.

Insured - If you ordered using insured rates, relax.  Everything will be taken care of.  Please save all packaging materials and call us as soon as possible (the next business day) at 1-800-659-1478.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The Bible Baptist Bookstore strives to provide you with the best possible service available. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you have a problem with your shipment, we will be happy to return or exchange your product providing that you follow these guidelines:

A. Return merchandise or call within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

B. Only clean, re-sellable stock is accepted. If merchandise is not in new, re-sellable condition, we will return it to you.

C. We ask that a packing slip, with invoice number, be enclosed with shipment, giving titles, quantities, and the reason for return.

D. Unless damaged or defective, all items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items may only be exchanged for same items. We do not exchange audio/video tapes.

E. Pack the merchandise carefully and ship returns PREPAID to: Bible Baptist Bookstore, 1130 JoJo Road, Pensacola FL 32514. It is suggested that returns be made via UPS or Parcel Post Insured, as credit will not be issued on books that do not reach us in re-sellable condition. Also note that the boxes and envelopes that we use are stress tested for a one-way shipment only. Therefore, it is not advisable to use these same packages for your return.

F. If you are exchanging products, please be sure to prepay the difference in cost, and add shipping fees.

G. If an item is missing from your order, contact us within thirty days. We cannot be responsible for these items after 30 days.
